I never learn my lesson…..at least most of the time 🙂

It never pays to buy cheap, or to buy what you need there and then, at least not in the long term. Wiser is the man who buys what he will need tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow…..less of a learning curve, and less money spent

Long time ago, i bought a travel tripod – a Gitzo carbon fibre tripod (GT 1540) which folds down over your ball head…..it has been my faithfull companion through countless trips and hikes and till today, i have not found a lighter smaller combo offering the stability which this tripod gives me.

Support is Support, and notwithstanding what everyone around you tells you…some gear does not need to be replaced every 2 years….
